OUR BACKGROUND

At Architetu Group, we walk with clients through the real estate investment and property development journey. Our services fall under four divisions namely Spatial Design (Architecture, Interiors & Landscape Design), Development Monitoring which encompasses guidance through the approval stage and project management through the construction phase. We also offer Real Estate Consultancy where we carry out property scouting, feasibility studies and sustainability analysis to ensure project viability. Moreover, our Property Management service allows hustle free income generation for landlords of tenancy and leasehold property.
Annette, an Architect by training has over seven years experience in the construction industry in various roles. Starting off as a part time Interior Designer in 2016, she has since then evolved into a versatile Real Estate consultant.                      

Her extensive work experience, living on two continents and many travels have enabled her to gain the right exposure needed to offer tailor made solutions for clients in the property development and investment sectors.
